How we research
What a guide is
Each CoffeeSpec page answers one buying question: which of two machines, or which machine fits a constraint like a small counter. Claims come from manufacturer specifications, model codes, and features documented on the current US listing.
What it is not
We do not run a test kitchen. We do not invent shot times, taste scores, or “we bought 12 machines” narratives. If a future guide is based on hands-on use, that page will say so in the first screen.
