How to Brew Iced Coffee with a Coffee Press

To brew iced coffee using a coffee press, start with freshly ground coffee. It should be coarse, like sea salt. Brew it double strength: 4 tablespoons for every 6 ounces water. Add the ground coffee to the coffee press, then fill it with hot water just off the boil (around 200°F/93°C). Let it brew for 4 minutes. Press the coffee press down slowly. Pour the hot coffee immediately over ice. The melting ice ensures proper dilution for perfect strength.
